The goal of my practice is to meet people where they are and assist them in growing to become the individuals and families they dream to be. I work along side you to help create happier and healthier lives. I enjoy working with individuals ranging from 5years old through adults, couples, and family units. I have experience in working with adolescents and adults to help them overcome adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, codependency, trauma, panic disorder, and relationship issues. I am play therapy trained. I also utilize Triple P parenting curriculum to build a personalized parenting program
