I believe that therapy is the client and therapist coming together to work as a team; you are the expert of your life and I have the knowledge and tools to help you master your life in whatever way you desire. I value cognitive behavioral and reality therapy to give my clients the realistic tools to help them grab hold of their lives again and feel hope for their futures. Since becoming a therapist, I have worked mostly with trauma, abuse, personality disorders and marital/communication concerns. I have a heart for teaching people healthy boundaries and communication no matter the mental health concern.
