My path to becoming a therapist was deeply shaped by my own experience with OCD. Going through recovery helped me understand how overwhelming the cycle of obsessions and compulsions can feel—and how empowering it is to find the right tools and support. That personal journey inspired me to help others find the same relief and confidence I once worked toward.
