Many of my clients begin therapy struggling with persistent self-doubt, critical inner narratives, and the weight of societal expectations—particularly pressures around identity, relationships and self-image. These can stem from trauma, challenging relationships, cultural influences and so many other impactful areas of lived experience. A part of the therapy process is bringing awareness to how these internal narratives and past experiences influence mental health and the ability to navigate life’s present challenges with flexibility.
