We are a team of Child & Teen Specialists helping families navigate anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, behavioral challenges, ADHD and school-related issues; We use Play Therapy, Art Therapy, CBT, and Exposure Therapy to help our clients develop the skills they need to build confidence, manage emotions and feel more in control.
