I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW) and I am passionate about helping individuals and families find their inner strengths and use them to enhance their lives. I help adolescents, adults and families cope with life transitions, create and maintain sustainable boundaries, develop coping mechanisms and improve their overall lifestyles. My practice focuses on supporting clients while they choose a soft life in a hectic world. I support folks grappling with anxiety , depression, PMAD and gender dysphoria. My approach is grounded in love as I believe black love is rooted in resilience, hope and healing.
