This empowerment begins with building a collaborative therapeutic relationship based on trust and understanding. Being from a diverse background myself, I recognize that each person's life circumstances, experiences, cultural diversity and beliefs are unique, and I work to develop an understanding of these factors and to see the world from the client's point of view.
