We’ve all faced painful and challenging situations in life. Constant struggles, relationship issues, coping with parenting challenges, guilt, dealing with memories we wish we didn’t have. I value supporting individuals through these life transitions and take into account the cultural and individual differences in a client’s circumstance. I see therapy as an opportunity to work toward growth, self-discovery and healing.
