Welcome, I'm Fatima! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Chicago, Illinois working with humans statewide via Telehealth. I work with adults with a focus on anxiety, depression, stress management, emotion regulation, behavior change, identity exploration, and life transitions. I utilize ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help my clients live in alignment with their values and enhance their levels of inner peace.
