I have experience working with multidisciplinary teams in both the community and private sector. I have helped individuals and couples in coping with life's challenges and helping them to develop coping skills to successfully man My expertise is working with clients with stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
