My ideal client is someone who feels trapped by the constant cycle of intrusive thoughts, fears, and rituals that OCD creates. They may also struggle with body-focused repetitive behaviors like skin picking or hair pulling, often feeling ashamed, frustrated, and exhausted from trying to control what feels uncontrollable. Their goal is to laugh again, to feel present with loved ones, and to experience peace of mind. They want results that last, and they’re motivated to do the work as they are tired of suffering/ready for change. They need is a safe space, compassionate guidance, and proven tools that help them reclaim their lives.
