I'm Federica, a therapist with 23 years of experience helping people find clarity, heal old wounds, and reconnect with their authentic selves. I work with college students, emerging adults, and individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and relationship struggles. My style is warm, welcoming, and direct. I’m trained in EMDR, a highly effective therapeutic approach for treating PTSD, and draw from other evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT). Born and raised in Rome, Italy, I offer sessions in both English and Italian. As someone who knows what it means to adapt and rebuild in unfamiliar spaces, I have deep appreciation for the courage it takes to ask for help.
