My name is Brittany Oelschlager, I am a licensed Social Worker at Feel Alive Therapy LCSW P.C. At Feel Alive Therapy, we believe in capitalizing on our client's strengths in order to empower them to heal and self-improve. We create a safe, welcoming, and comforting environment for our clients to process their feelings and emotions. Our clients focus on learning the necessary coping mechanisms necessary to live a happy, healthy, and balanced life. In the context of a session I enjoy utilizing a strengths based approach as well as CBT. I treat each client as an individual and work on skills by developing small changes over time to have a positive effect. My specialty and experience includes; anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and severe mental illnesses.
