I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with several years of experience working in the school setting with adolescents and their families. I am excited to work with individuals of all ages and provide a welcoming, safe and therapeutic space for all. I have extensive experience serving those with anxiety, depression, and school avoidance. The primary focus of my work has been stress management, setting long and short term goals and working together to build a toolbox of positive coping strategies.
