I have always been fascinated by human behavior and the human condition. I specialize in complex trauma, neurodiversity, and self-esteem. I am a firm believer in creating accommodations and striving for self-compassion and acceptance. I believe that we as humans are wired for connection and at times unhealthy relationships are all we know. I enjoy working with couples as I believe that making a commitment to another human is one of the most vulnerable things we do in our lives. I strive to help my clients and couples develop a strong sense of self to foster healthy, reliable, and trustworthy relationships.
