Welcome to my page, I'm happy you are here! At times we may need extra help and support. It’s okay to get help to find a route to a healthy place. I am a counselor at Total Life Counseling. I see individual clients to help them live a fulfilling, balanced and healthy lifestyle. I have experience working with people at different stages of life who have struggled with mental health issues as well as trauma and other life complications. This also includes individuals with Intellectual Impairments and other disabilities.
