By no fault of our own, life often leads us astray from our true nature, and we are left depressed, anxious, traumatized: hurting. By choosing to enter a therapeutic relationship with a caring other, I strongly believe that we can reconnect with that core energy and vitality. Therapy can be the vehicle to healing the mind, connecting with our core spirit, and achieving the personal growth and fulfillment that we all seek as humans.
