Have you come to a place in life where everything feels completely wrong, somewhere between longing and not belonging? Throughout my 20 years in the field of clinical social work, I have learned that healing is not a linear path, and there is no “one size fits all” approach. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD management, shame resilience, negative self talk, family of origin, perfectionism, grief, interpersonal relationship, acculturation, identity development and trauma. I have a special interest in working with multicultural college students, university faculty, and their families. I offer my client an authentic engagement and a holistic repertoire of modalities. I have extensive training in Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Existential Therapy, Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I am able to provide therapy in Mandarin and English.
