I offer a safe and confidential space where together we can sort through all the noise, assess your challenges and your strengths, find out what really matters to you, and build more effective skills and resilience. My main goal is to listen thoughtfully and respectfully to you and your story; to get to know you so that I can understand how best to support you. What has happened in your life and how are you coping? Do you wish you were doing some things differently?
