Hi there, my name is Felicity Dineen. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and I am so excited at the possibility of getting to work along side you. I have extensive experience working with adults and teens struggling with a wide array of life stressors including relationship struggles, anxiety/depression, acceptance of self, grief, trauma, parenting concerns, and perinatal issues. Together, you will overcome challenges both present and in the past to help bring out the strengths within yourself that are already in existence. I use a person-centered approach to therapy as I believe each person is unique in their needs and as individuals. With the use of evidence-based therapy approaches including, CBT, ERP, and DBT, I believe every person has the opportunity to heal and find balance.
