Many individuals come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by their emotions, stuck in familiar patterns, or consumed by worries. I specialize in helping them make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, alleviate emotional and mental suffering, and pursue a more fulfilling life. I have experience treating a wide range of issues including anxiety and social concerns, mood disorders, grief, OCD, trauma-related problems and relational challenges. I work with teens, adults and couples. I work well with those who are motivated to engage in talk therapy. I invite them to share openly without censoring thoughts so that we can explore their mental life and concerns. Clients appreciate that our work together helps them feel more confident with themselves and satisfied with the positive changes they are able to implement.
