I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I offer a holistic approach to assist you in developing a balanced emotional state of mind. During my years in practice I specialize in treating adolescents and their families who are experiencing depression, drug addiction, anxiety, parent-child relationship issues, impulsive behaviors. In family therapy sessions the main goal is rebuild strong, healthy, family relations, with effective communication skills. I work collaboratively with youth/ their parents. I help clients manage unhealthy marital and family relationships. I have helped many people to achieve their goals and objectives. I offer an environment where you can feel safe to explore your feelings, thoughts and problems. I use a set of different therapeutic strategies that include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, family systems therapy, solution focused and reality therapy.
