Filiz is a pre-licensed mental health clinician and school psychologist who provides counseling for children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, ADHD, and learning differences. Her counseling approach is relational, evidence-based, and integrative, grounded in an understanding that each individual’s story and development are unique. Filiz draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and person-centered, nervous-system-informed interventions to foster emotional awareness, coping skills, and resilience.
