I commend you for taking the first step in seeking help. I will support you with achieving the goals that led you to seek out counseling services as well as those that come up throughout our time together. I can help you develop skills to work through difficult situations, past and present, and get you on the path to contentment, acceptance and happiness. I use a nonjudgmental approach and emphasize the importance of developing a trusting relationship in the therapeutic process. I believe it’s important to allow the client to guide treatment as each individual knows themselves best and already has everything they need within themselves to heal.
