Let me introduce myself to you. I graduated from University of Phoenix Utah in 2010 and moved back home to Helena Montana shortly after that. Since returning home I have been practicing therapy in Helena. My style is more solution focused brief therapy which focuses on improving strengths to help manage stressors. It is my opinion that the client is the expert with the answers, my job is to help the client find those answers. For over a year I have been bringing my Yello lab Frank to sessions with me and have found great success with him.
