My name is Flemens Casimir, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with four years of experience serving diverse populations in both mental health and substance abuse treatment. I am currently in training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), enhancing my ability to support clients in processing trauma that contributes to ongoing challenges. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and a nonjudgmental stance, meeting clients where they are in life. Using CBT, SFT, and trauma-informed care, I help clients build strengths, challenge negative thoughts, and create meaningful, lasting change.
