I work with adults, adolescents, couples and families. A specific area of interest for me is individuals that struggle with over intellectualizing their issues and want to experience a more felt sense to their emotions and experience. I also specialize in couples seeking to learn skills for better communication, building healthier habits and working to be a stronger team. I am also passionate about working with parents on how to best approach conflict with their children.
