Big picture, I see my work as helping us live freer, wiser, and more joyful lives. By expanding our awareness and capabilities, we become able to handle whatever life throws at us, whether that's relationship conflict, career questioning, mental or physical health diagnoses, or a longing for more connection and purpose. I help people get free of fear, old stories, and inherited burdens that block access to the wise Self we all have. As a result of our work together, I want you to feel lighter, easier, and more confident in moving through your days. The heart of how I work lies in the genuine, kind space we create and the unique sort of thoughtful conversation we can have there, which is not readily available in the wider world. I draw on Internal Family Systems, 3rd gen cognitive behavioral therapy, metacognitive therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, Jungian psychology, and existential therapy.
