Hello! My approach to every client is that you are your own researcher and research participant. I give you the tools to collect data on yourself. Together we analyze your trends and patterns of undesired behaviors and see where we can shift/eliminate those behaviors into positive change. We create SMART goals an apply through tangible therapeutic work in between sessions. My goal is for you to flourish and nourish your mind, body and soul into your ideal self.
