My goal is to assist you in getting to a state of flourishing and setting roots. Flourishing is "a state where people experience positive emotions, positive psychological functioning and positive social functioning, most of the time," living "within an optimal range of human functioning." I have experience with various mental health issues and substance use, chronic illness including cancer, chronic pain, and severe psychiatric disorders. I use a variety of CBT and DBT skills.
