Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Virginia and have been providing therapy support since 2014. I am an US Army Veteran and a dog Mom to 2 crazy boxers. I help people recognize their strengths to improve their mental wellbeing and find solutions to life’s challenges. I also work with adults with a history of childhood trauma or have had traumatic experiences-to find a way towards peace and resilience for the future. As a military veteran, I'm especially connected to and experienced in working with active duty, family members, veterans, and government/DOD employees.
