At Formation Health Services, we are a group practice with board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Workers in the state of New Jersey and Virginia. We help those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and adjustment disorders. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression or life transitions, we can provide you the tools for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and positive change. We draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities, including CBT, mindfulness (MBCT), family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), behavioral activation, and solution-focused therapy. Our approach is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients can heal and grow at their own pace, and we are passionate about self-exploration, reflection, and meaningful connections. If you are a military service member, veteran, reservist or family member we offer dedicated, military focused mental health counseling.
