When I work with clients I look to help them determine what is best for them in their situation. I believe that there are many forces today that seek to keep us disconnected from ourselves and from safe communities. I think therapy is one aspect of creating a safe community that can help us get reconnected and remind us of what brings joy and meaning to our lives. I work well with people having difficulty with mood disorders and trauma. I also have extensive experience with people in the LGBTQ+ community.
