There are times in life when we all find ourselves needing to heal from a painful past, trying to live in the present moment, and/or struggling to plan for an unsure future. Life can get so hectic that we can feel out of balance. This can contribute to brain health issues such as anxiety, depression, irritability, fatigue, sleep issues, mood and behavior problems. Finding a Counselor/Therapist that is a good fit is crucial. A solid foundation of respect and support is essential. Whether you choose to engage in this work with me or another therapist, know that you are taking an important step forward in your path to wellness. I offer afternoon, evening and weekend hours in person and through Telehealth. I use evidence based approaches to counseling, including CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, Career Counseling, Brain Health Coaching and assistance with Sugar/Processed Carbohydrate Addiction.
