Often our mental health issues are triggered by the highly demanding lifestyle in a stressful environment. We are not able to process all the issues we face all by ourselves. We need professional perspectives of our issues. In therapy I help patients analyze their issues in a scientific manner. My approach is holistic: health, body, mind, spirit, biology, and the environmental factors. Every human being has potentials to overcome their problems through time, patience, insight, using proper resources, and applying their inner strengths. I have faith in my patience.
