I have 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults and families. This experience has helped me to assist children, teens and adults in exploring, naming their feelings, finding healthy ways to manage negative feelings and tendencies. With children and teens I work to access their families and community resources so they can take advantage of appropriate supports. With teens and young adults I work on discovering, uncovering what they need from others. I also help them work on separating in a healthy manner while maintaining appropriate attachments to their families of origin.
