As a licensed therapist providing telehealth counseling for adults in Florida, New York, and South Carolina, I specialize in working with first responders, law enforcement, active military, & veterans—especially those who may be reluctant to begin therapy. My clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma-related issues, substance & alcohol use, & dual diagnosis, as well as the interpersonal challenges that often arise, such as relationship issues, poor coping strategies, & low self-esteem. When clients reach out to me, whether by email or voicemail, I make every effort to respond as promptly as promptly as possible. I want my clients to feel heard, starting with the first contact. I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Response Planning, 12-Step Recovery Approach, & Psychodynamic Therapy. These tools help clients build emotional resilience & develop long-term solutions.
