I enjoy working with people to make difficult times in life, such as family or relationship conflicts, more manageable and less stressful. I understand how isolating the anxiety of these situations can be. It's like no one truly understands how you feel at times and the advice you get from others isn't always helpful. I begin my work with you by taking a complete inventory of your life and circumstances, focusing on anything that might interfere with your path to good mental health. From there, I work to help you define your values and prioritize your mental health and emotional needs, while moving forward to more peaceful times. I also work extensively with people who have been cut off in parent-adult child or other family relationships. I am able to offer helpful suggestions to find peace of mind in the midst of this heartache.
