Hello! Frances, here. I'm a Hispanic, agender, queer person and licensed clinical social worker. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy, and utilize a number of other trauma informed modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Trauma Focused -Acceptance Commitment therapy, and somatic techniques. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and change. Sometimes we just need help to spark our own mind and body's natural healing processes. My experience is working with complex trauma, attachment trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and mood and emotion dysregulation.
