Change is very difficult. Once you take the hardest step, decide to pursue therapy, and contact me, we will set up an appointment. In our first sessions, I will ask you many questions and allow you to tell me your story. Together, we will develop the goals and coping skills that you want to work on. We will have weekly sessions via telehealth and talk about building you up. We will talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly. We will work on helping you process your feelings, making the changes you want, and being the best version of you. We work with the day-to-day struggles as well as make plans for the future.
