As a ‘Boricua’ from Puerto Rico currently living in Springfield MA who brings a unique blend of cultural insight and therapeutic expertise. My approach is centered on holistic healing, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. My experience includes supporting the community in complex mental health needs including trauma, substance use disorders, grief, anxiety and depression. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),Interviewing (MI) and other therapeutic modalities.
