Hello and welcome to Francesca Musengo LCSW-C LLC. This is the first step in improving your quality of life. Mental health continues to be stigmatized in our society, but what if therapy is the key to relief and acceptance? I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C), and I provide outpatient individual and couple's therapy services. I've earned my master's degree from University of Maryland School of Social Work, and I have 12 years experience working with diverse populations in the Baltimore area. I've worked in a wide range of settings including clinics, homes, and schools.
