Francine Adair provides services at The Lighted Path LLC Counseling. She starts with building trust and uses attachment theory, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma informed CBT, play therapy, trauma informed care, and gender affirming care, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), art therapist Substance abuse counseling techniques. Her passion is helping parents and children, couples and families learn to communicate in a way that builds relationships. Her belief is you can teach the child or youth tools that would help them for a day or teach the parents/ guardians the tools and it will change the child's life forever.
