I am a therapist at the Janov Primal Center in Santa Monica,CA. I started there as a patient in 2005, and trained there with Arthur Janov. I received my BA and MS from CSUSB. 2 year internship FSA Riverside. Raised in Utah, graduated from BEHS Brigham City. I have been involved with trained in and practiced Re-Evaluation Counseling, Feeling Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, CBT, and Primal Therapy.
