I am Frank Del Fiugo a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working in Los Gatos and San Jose. I specialize in working with adults going through difficult transitions, emotional management, anxiety and those who would like to better manage stress. I integrate several theoretical orientations, most of my work utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and neuroscience in order to help clients gain awareness and develop tools and strategies to enhance their personal and work lives.
