I specialize in Trauma Recovery. I can help w/ Generational Trauma, PTSD & Complex PTSD. I often use 'Parts' therapy, Cognitive Behavioral & EMDR for rapid relief. Symptoms of trauma can include arguing in your head or having more than one thought at the same time. This can affect focusing, cause distraction, confusion or problems remembering things.
