Life can be stressful and unpredictable. I seek to provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families who are looking for support. We each have stories that our minds create in order to make sense of our world and ourselves. These stories speak to our evolving identities, abilities, relationships, achievements, and fears. I wish to hear the life narratives that my clients experience. I honor the roles that culture, personal history, and lived experience play in how we understand ourselves, and I support clients in reconnecting with strengths they may have forgotten they had.
