Everyone is a unique, one-of-a-kind, individual, and the client is the expert of their life. Struggle and suffering are inescapable in our existence, and they can look very different for all of us. With human connection, we can begin to navigate life's challenges more effectively to find meaning and purpose. There is strength in numbers, and I take a collaborative approach with each client. Traveling this journey united allows us to move forward together. Embracing struggle and discomfort is difficult, and it fuels progress and positive change.
