I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through a wide range of life challenges—including depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, parenting issues, and career transitions. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey toward healing, self-awareness, and becoming the best version of yourself. Life can be difficult to navigate, but I deeply believe that we all have the inherent strength and resilience to grow and change.
