Change can be difficult and overwhelming, but you are not alone. I'm so glad you are here taking this first step! Meaningful growth occurs in spaces where we feel both safe and brave, and my role is to cultivate that space for you. Common concerns that my clients are navigating include identity exploration, relationship conflicts, family issues, depression, recovery from trauma, polyamory and nonmonogamy, anxiety and panic, and neurodiversity. I specialize in working with queer and trans folks. I also write letters of support for gender affirming surgery. I am currently accepting new clients for couples/relationship counseling.
